Brenda Osborne; born in 1913 in Mansfield Nottingham spilled the beans on her longevity secret at her car home during the event of her 105th birthday party.

She said,

“The reasons behind my good health are doing hard work and avoiding men”.

According to Marie Pollard; Grand Nice of Brenda said that her rationality about men is that they are not worth the effort.

So this is it, if you want to live long this is the secret.

Unfortunately for us, Brenda has still not revealed the ways to avoid men best. She also did not reveal any information for men to increase their life span or how can they avoid being a huge hassle.

However it is hard to argue the credibility of woman who has had only one sick day during her 33 years long career as a nurse.

Despite the Queen being a no-show, Brenda with help from her great niece did managed to have a great birthday bash party.
