Aamir Khan Discloses He Grieves Over Films That Don’t Work Well

Bollywood’s leading light and the megastar Aamir Khan has revealed that he weeps when his films could not finely perform, PTI news agency reports.


A luminary of the Bollywood industry, Aamir Khan has been winning the hearts of masses for nearly three decades. He’s also praised for making some of the smash hit Bollywood movies.

He has given his audience back-to-back super hits like 3 idiots, PK etc. Bollywood’s Mr. Perfect first hit the screens in the year 1988 with a movie titled Qayamat Se QayamatTak and since then the actor-director has featured in numerous noted films, some of which are Rangeela, Lagaan, DilHai Kai MaantaNahin, Rang De Basanti, Gajini, Dangal and PK etc.

Among these, Dangal and PK are the ones that smashed records at the box office and are still among the highest-earning Bollywood films.

Almost every one of his films grossed heavily on the box office and those that couldn’t earn much at the ticket windows left Aamir Khan in tears.

The 53 year old superstar said that he desires to follow his beliefs while doing any project and if there’s a shortfall, he will grieve that too.

Aamir Khan disclosed that he cries when his movies don’t perform well. He stated that he doesn’t dread failure but his biggest phobia is ‘not struggling’.

Aamir Khan’s perspective for a film’s accomplishment is to strike the ball in the center, bull’s eye. He also added that cinematography i.e. making of the film is a mutual practice comprising of script writing, casting, location designing, sound designing, editing, marketing and if even one of these elements fails, the film will definitely collapse.

Further, he said that he gets credited every so often for the success of his films but it’s just a mere coincidence.

Aamir Khan prefers movies that deliver a social message and invoke folks to ponder.

At the present time, superstar is engaged in making Thugs of Hindustan, which, besides him, stars big figures like Katrina Kaif and Amitabh Bachan.
