California Police Rescue 13 Siblings That Were Captive In A House And A Couple Arrested

13 siblings were captured from a California house that were captive while all the people were found when police tortured the couple and some of them were shackled with chains and padlocks to beds as officials reported on Monday.

According to the police department that they received a phone call from a 17 year old girl who was captive in a house with her other 12 brother and sisters and after escaping from house she made a call through a cell phone which she got from that house and after this the state police captured the children from the California house.

All the children were kept in the house in a very bad conditions as some of them were chained with beds, the couple has been tortured by the police while according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department that all the victims are ranged from 2 to 29 as it is reported on Monday.

It is reported by the Sheriff department that a 17 year old girl succeed to escape from the house where all other victims were captured in a very filthy conditions, she picked up a cell phone from the house and made a call on 911 and Riverside County Sheriff’s Department reported that the girl told them that her other 12 siblings were captive by her parents in the house.

The police officers hit the home where they found other 12 victims who were chained with beds while according to authorities they were shocked by seeing that seven of them were adults, the couple has been charged and sheriff department reported a foul smelling in that house.

David Allen Turpin, 57, and Louise Anna Turpin, 49 who kept the children shackled with chains to beds were charged by police on Sunday.
