Earvin “Magic” Johnson Jr. was born on August 14, 1959 in Lansing, Michigan; his mother was a custodian in a school while his father was an assembly worker in General motors.

Along other investors he purchased the basketball team from Frank McCourt, while he also purchased the teams like WNBA team, the Los Angeles Sparks and in his career he has received many awards.
