It is not a secret anymore that Mark Wahlberg has definitely spent several of the past years in making his bodies an enviable asset in the Hollywood.

Finally the star of the Transformers franchise has revealed some insights regarding the dedications for this type of body. This mainly includes his early morning workout at 3:45 am and a massive feed at about 4:30 am in the morning.

Mark Wahlberg alongside his personal chef described his nutritional plan of the day on Twitter live. While most of us are only barley eating a peanut butter toast for breakfast, Mark Wahlberg has already eaten three turkey burgers and five sweet potatoes.

Turkey is undoubtedly a high source of protein but sweet potatoes is underrated for no obvious reason. In reality it contains great carbs that are helpful in bulking up and also contains huge quantity of Vitamin C.

According to the research of Loughborough University; cortisol levels see a spike if you have a low carb diet. Wahlberg is able to remain healthy even with early morning workouts by eating sweet potatoes.

At 8 am he gain takes heavy load of protein with a plate of meatballs. The third breakfast is a 10am which includes dishes like grilled chicken, kalamata olives, baby peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers and hard boiled eggs.

To aid recovery in between these heavy meals, Wahlberg drinks protein shakes.

Next comes the lunch with a steak with bok choy and has a white fish dishes before his nap time of 6:30 pm.

With these six massive meals, filled with highly enriched nutrients and carbs; it is certainly understandable that Marky looks this much jacked up.
