Philadelphia Train Accident: 33 Injured At 69th Street Terminal Due To Trains Crash

Early on Tuesday morning, a high speed train hit the another train which was stationed, according to initial reports 33 people have injured due to crash and the incident took place at around 12:10 a.m in Upper Darby at 69th Street Terminal.



According to Mayor of Town that the incident took place at early morning, the train was coming with high speed, the accident was kind of unconscious behavior of driver.

The high speed train hit the stationary another train at Transportation centre in Upper Darby, dozens of people have injured and the report f the accident is currently under the investigation process.

Upper Darby is situated in the West of Philadelphia, it is a place which is known as one of the most famous tourist destinations in the country Delaware as its popularity is due to Tower Theatre which is a historic music venue, situated a 69th Street where the train accident took place on Tuesday morning and Thomas N. Micozzie is the mayor of this township.

According to spokeswoman Heather Redfern who has transportation authority of Southeastern Pennsylvania that the trains crashed at the early morning on Tuesday around 12:15 a.m at the 69th Street Terminal and he said that investigation is under process to known the reasons of crash.

The one of the passenger who was waiting for the train at Gulph Mills, said that he was in wait of train but suddenly train crashes, he saw the blood everywhere, a little pretty girl with blood on her face and he felt fear to see the situation.

At the accident place, Upper Darby Mayor Thomas Micozzie said to media that 33 people have injured in crashed which have transferred to nearby hospitals and the conductor of train is also in hospital with serious injuries.
