West Nile Virus: 1st Human Case Found Of Virus As Reported By MA Health Officials

The one of the most dangerous Nile virus is confirmed finally in a man who is the resident of Bristol County as he is hospitalized and this is the first case of 2017 year as reported by the MA health officials of Boston.

There we3re many news about the effects of the virus, but now MA health officials reported that they have a found a person who is hospitalized in Bristol country.

It is considered as first case of year, no further information is delivered by the officials and it is told to news only that he is man of 50’s and got the bite of mosquito in mid of August.

West Nile virus is known as West Nile fever which is a kind of infection due to biting of a specific mosquito.

As report was issued in recent days that 80 % people of the world are safe from the virus affection while there are number of people who are involved in this case but there is no serious case was found.

When a mosquito bites a human, it takes 2 to 15 days to show the symptoms of the infection, there are many symptoms have told by the health departments.

But some of them are fever, headaches, feeling tired, muscle pain or aches, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, and rash while these are the common features of West Nile Virus.

MA health officials reported on Friday that a 50s man is hospitalized as he is the first man of Massachusetts in Bristol country who is infected by West Nile virus due to bitten by a mosquito.

According to a Dr. Catherine Brown of state public health veterinarian that he was bitten in mid of August which is a peak season for humans to be infected.
