He has been a big name in the industry for the last two decades. With movies like PadMan and Toilet Ek Prem Katha, he showed that he can fit into any character and can also perform roles that other hesitate to do. The multi-talented actor has performed in a number of movies and almost all came out to be super hit.

His films gross heavily on the ticket windows. No wonder he is included in the Forbes 2018 list of 100 highest paid celebrities.

Akshay Kumaar will next be seen in his latest movie Gold which will be releasing on India’s Independence Day 15th August. As only some days are left in its release, many industry people have already begun the forecast of its earnings.

The marketers are predicting that the movie will add to the list of highest earning movies of the bollywood industry so far. The promotion of the film started with the release of two promos both of which were well received by the viewers and collectively have about 18 million views on YouTube.

Now coming towards the earning expectations of Akshay Kumar starrer, it is much likely that Gold will be the highest earning opener for Akshay Kumar till now and will gross heavily on the ticket windows first day.

The film is anticipated to bring in more than Rs 20 crore and become first ever film of Akshay Kumar to earn this much on the first day of release. However, a clash between Akshay starrer and John Abraham starrer Satyamev Jayate will be seen on the Independence Day.
